Thank you for visiting my website, Simply Solutions was established in 2018 after circumstances resulted in me taking the leap of faith into the world of Interim Consultancy.
Whilst the services promoted on this website are my own, the many years I have spent in the would of ICT have resulted in my building up valuable connections with some extraordinarily skilled individuals who, like me offer their services on an interim basis. This means that If your project requires the expertise of a business analyst, a data migration expert or a configuration consultant, then I may well be able to deliver all the required expertise as a single solution.
About Me
Voted Manager of the Year in my retail days having outperformed major city locations across the UK. I left for the Voluntary Sector where I created a thriving community centre with over 1000 visitors a week from a derelict school. I then worked in the Private Sector delivering nationwide success for business start-ups before entering the Public Sector, nine years as an employee and then in 2018 creating my own consultancy company.
I have since been a key part of government transformation, delivering organisational improvements in a number of local authorities. Commercially aware, diligent and organised, vigorous and relentless I get things done. Passionate about my customer and the people I work with, I gain credibility, confidence and buy-in. A fast learner, I adapt to any business model and culture. I take ownership of risks and issues, identify mitigation and deliver solutions.
