The rates shown in the table below are subject to VAT and are based upon the contract being outside of IR35. Where a client requires the contract to be inside of IR35, there will be a 20% increase to the rate shown.
No expenses will be charged unless the client requires attendance onsite without business justification e.g., to meet own employee policy or where the activities could have been delivered effectively remotely. Expenses will also be charged in the event that the explicit purpose for an onsite visit was not possible e.g., where it was cancelled at late notice.
Clients will be invoiced weekly with payment required within 28 days.

Simply Solutions holds Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of £5,000.000 and Employers Liability of £10,000.000.
A contract that sets out the scope of the work and includes policies relating to data protection, IT and email usage, confidentiality, health and safety etc. can be provided or clients' own policies can for the contract.
Notice on both sides would normally be one week unless a longer period is agreed between both parties.
